Readmission for the odd semester or for one subject starts on May 22 ,2025. The last date to apply without late fee is June 5, 2025 and with late fee is June 10, 2025.

Readmission is available only for students in the following semesters:

Applicants can be readmitted only for the Ist, IIIrd and Vth Semester for Undergraduate Course and Ist and IIIrd Semester for Post-Graduation Course.

Candidates are expected to print the relevant readmission form (for the entire semester or one subject) that is available on the university website. The duly completed form has to be scanned and sent in PDF format by email to readmission@sju.edu.in. The candidates will be called for an offline/online interview from June 10, 2025 onwards. Incomplete forms will be rejected.

Candidates readmitted to the semester will have to pay the fees online by logging into the student portal using the credentials given earlier at the time of admission. It is mandatory to send the transaction details of the fee paid to the university office by email to accountant@sju.edu.in . The candidates will be permitted to attend classes only after the fees are paid. All candidates seeking readmission should read the guidelines and eligibility criteria given on the university website.

Note:

1. At the end of the semester the attendance of all readmitted candidates will be calculated from the reopening day of the semester i.e., June 23, 2025.

2. As per the Government Order No. ED 166 UNE 2023, Bangalore dated 08.05.2024, all Universities under the Karnataka State Higher Education department are required to implement the State Education Policy from the academic year 2024-25. Therefore, all students (except B.Voc. B.A. Visual Communication, B. Com, BBA, BCA) seeking readmission to the III semester of the academic year 2025-26 will be required to select an additional optional subject from the three major programmes offered by the University, in accordance with the State Education Policy.
