Admission & Selection Process

Eligibility

  1. Eligibility for joining the PhD in Zoology: Master's degree in Zoology/ Life Sciences/Biology/ Applied Zoology/Wildlife Biology/ Marine Biology/ Genetics/ Cell and Molecular Biology/ Fishery Sciences/ Entomology/ Sericulture with 55% marks in aggregate.
  2. Candidates belonging to the General Merit category should have a minimum of 55% or equivalent grade in the master's degree. Candidates belonging to the SC / ST / OBC (only Non-Creamy Layer) / Differently Abled categories to have a minimum of 50% or equivalent grade in the master's degree.
