About Me

I hold a B.A. from Mangalore University, an M.A. in Social Work (Human Resource Management) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, an M.A. in Sociology from IGNOU, an M.Phil. from the University of Delhi, and a PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University. I have presented research papers at several national and international conferences. I am particularly interested in understanding how institutional care shapes children's lived experiences, identities, and relational well-being, while also examining the role of human resource practices in strengthening care institutions and social service organisations. I am committed to advancing interdisciplinary research that informs human resource practice, child welfare policy, and socially responsive interventions.
